Return & Refund

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and process a refund or replacement as appropriate.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, software)

4. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support team to initiate a return and obtain a return authorization number.

  • Package the product securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories and a copy of the order confirmation.

  • Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement.

5. Refunds (Timeline)

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for inspection after we receive your return.

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

6. Courier Damage

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by the courier service. If your product is damaged during shipping, please file a claim directly with courier.
